The Ag Explorers 4-H Club had an action-packed meeting this month as they learned about dairy cow breeds and the products created from milk. 4-Hers rotated through stations and enjoyed experiences like tasting various kinds of cheese, making butter, and finally, watching how cheese is made!
The 4-H club program has relied on inspirational volunteer leaders as a fundamental part of the program since the 1920’s. All 4-H clubs have at least two screened volunteer leaders who support the program in a variety of ways. For instance, a Project Leader may share their personal talent with youth by planning activities or events.
