During the months of November and December, FCHS’ Ricardo Kairios, Mercer County Educator and Assistant Professor, is collaborating with the Princeton Mobile Food Pantry to provide families and individuals with resources that support food security and healthy eating behaviors. In November, Ricardo hosted a table highlighting federal food assistance resources such as SNAP, WIC, and local emergency food services. Ricardo also provided information from the USDA MyPlate about healthy eating and ways individuals can stretch their food dollars to support food security. Ricardo will be at the Princeton Mobile Food Pantry again this coming Saturday, December 16th. Please share this resource with any individuals/families that can benefit from these services. Princeton Mobile Food Pantry also accepts donations of food, clothing, and household products. Learn more by visiting their site. https://www.pmfpantry.org/
