Members of the Stitch-n-Snip 4-H sewing club made tug toys for the Hamilton Township Animal Shelter.
This easy project uses recycled scrap fleece fabrics. Braiding the fabrics together makes a fun, durable dog toy! The club members enjoyed making this no-sew project.
This year’s community service projects included: holiday angels and stars for Morris Hall and Greenwood House, burp cloths for Children’s Home Society, and holiday cards for homebound seniors.
The club is accepting new members in grades 4 thru 13 (first year out of high school). If interested in joining, contact bejgrowicz@njaes.rutgers.edu.
