The Mercer County 4-H program annually celebrates the accomplishments of the past year at a gathering that honors our dedicated volunteers for their invaluable support, as well as the project work of our 4-H youth.
This year, we added an extra element to the evening program. We asked club members to share a Spark Talk. Spark Talks highlight happenings within the dynamic 4-H program that guide youth to personal growth. Reflecting on their growth helps youth value the skill-building that happens in the 4-H program, such as self-confidence and a sense of belonging.
