During March, Ricardo Kairios, FCHS Educator/Assistant Professor, collaborated with the Lawrence Township Senior Center to provide a Saving Money While Shopping and Healthy Eating series. Each lesson featured a recipe incorporating the five food groups from the USDA’s MyPlate and highlighted the various ways to include colorful fruits and vegetables in your meals and snacks.
