FCHS Hosts a Healthy Food Exhibit at Paul Robeson Charter School

Ricardo Kairios, FCHS educator of Mercer County, shared resources about healthy eating using the MyPlate at the Paul Robeson Charter School Trunk or Treat event in Trenton, NJ.

During October, Ricardo Kairios hosted a MyPlate and Healthy Food exhibit for youth and families at the Paul Robeson Charter School Trunk or Treat event in Trenton, NJ. During the event, Ricardo provided hundreds of students with a reminder to eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables throughout the week. Attending students shared their favorite ways to eat fruits and vegetables and strategies for eating different colored produce every day.
